The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Mr. Hamza Abdi Barre, has dismissed the State Minister of the Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals, Ismail Shire Jama, and the State Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, Asad Abdirizak Mohamed.
This decision came after the Prime Minister invoked Articles 120 and 117 of the Provisional Constitution of Somalia, as well as the internal regulations of the Council of Ministers, and in consideration of the need to further strengthen the work of the ministries.
Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre thanked these officials for their service to the nation during their tenure and wished them a good future.
